Pelvic pain affects men, just like women, but unfortunately it is not as commonly discussed in the public and medical community.
Men have pelvic floors as well made up of a group of muscles that run from the pubic bone in the front, to the coccyx in the back. These muscles are skeletal muscles that may become weak or tight, or inflamed for multiple reasons, causing male pelvic pain. It may have occurred from a specific incidence or from something that developed over time. Read about some of the symptoms we treat for.
