PELVIC PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Brianna, who goes by “Bri,” is a dedicated and compassionate physical therapist who brings a decade of experience as a personal trainer and a lifelong commitment to advocacy and healing. A recent graduate of Rutgers University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program, Bri blends clinical expertise with a deeply personal understanding of the importance of whole-person care.
Her journey into physical therapy began during a 7.5-year tenure in the U.S. Marine Corps, where a lack of appropriate care for a broken ankle sparked a desire to support others in their recovery. Initially drawn to orthopedics and veteran care, Bri discovered a passion for pelvic health after navigating years of undiagnosed pelvic pain—an experience that reshaped her professional mission.
In addition to holding certifications in group training, mixed martial arts conditioning, corrective exercise, and special populations, Bri has cultivated a unique skill set that supports clients across a broad spectrum of needs. Her clinical interests include pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, return to intimacy, and gender-affirming care.
Driven by a strong sense of social justice, Bri is a fierce advocate for the LGBTQ+ community. During her graduate training, she founded the first School of Health Professions Pride Collective at Rutgers, creating an enduring platform for education, support, and advocacy for LGBTQ+ patients and providers alike. She is currently pursuing a PhD, researching the physical effects of chest binders to further support gender-diverse populations through evidence-based care.
Bri believes that everyone has a pelvis and deserves care—and approaches each patient with the respect, empathy, and expertise they deserve.
Outside the clinic, you’ll likely find her lifting weights, cross-stitching, or working on their latest advocacy initiative.
